Qualifications: Cert III and IV in Fitness
Currently studying: 3rd year of Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science
Experience: HIIT and Circuit group fitness, 1 on 1 personal training, and small group training.
Specialties: Weight loss, muscle gain, holistic health and wellbeing, sport specific training including gymnastics and touch football.

Qualifications: Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Les Mills Body Pump, Weightlifting Technique
Currently studying: Aqua Fitness
Experience: Personal training for different goal, group fitness classes including HIIT, Core, Strength, and Senior classes.
Specialities/Interests: Weight loss, core strength, strength training, aqua exercises, body weight training and recovery.
Daniel
Qualifications: Cert III and IV in Fitness, Accredited Australian Strength and Conditioning Coach Level 1, Level 1 Boxing Skills and Fitness, Level 2 HIIT Boxing and Kickboxing for Fitness.
Currently Studying: Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology), Aqua Exercise Instructor Certification and Diploma of Sports and Recreation Management.
Experience: Athletic Development, Functional training, Strength and Conditioning, Fat loss methods, Olympic Lifting, Boxing and HIIT and Youth and Senior Exercise Specialist
Interests: Outside of work and studying I train Rugby League with some mates for our University Team, I enjoy recreational swimming and training Muay Thai. My goal for this year is to improve my stamina so on the weekends I do a weekly Bondi to Bronte and back run with friends.

Along with my love for sport and fitness, I have a deep passion for helping people change their lives for the better. From first timers looking to lose weight, get stronger or even just feel healthier to high performance athletes looking to take their sports to the next level. I am a currently studying a Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University.
