Notice of Proposal to Grant a Licence s32 (12A) of the Sydney Olympic Park Authority Act 2001 (NSW)

Shop 1 at Bicentennial Drive, Bicentennial Park and Building 141 and Suite 1 in Building 143 Newington Armory, Jamieson Street, Sydney Olympic Park.

Pursuant to section 32(12A) of the Sydney Olympic Park Authority Act 2001 (NSW), Sydney Olympic Park Authority, proposes to grant a licence on the land being part of Lot 11 in DP1095867 and Lot 3 in DP883215 in Millennium Parklands located at Shop 1 at Bicentennial Drive, Bicentennial Park and Building 141 and Suite 1 in Building 143 Newington Armory, Jamieson Street, Sydney Olympic Park to Sydney Bicycle Hire (SBH).

Submissions are invited from persons who wish to comment on the proposal. The proposed licence referred to in this notice will not be entered into before all submissions relating to this proposal have been duly considered.

Land

Part of Lot 11 in DP 1095867 and Lot 3 in DP 883215 being in Millennium Parklands, located at Shop 1 at Bicentennial Drive, Bicentennial Park and Building 141 and Suite 1 in Building 143 Newington Armory, Jamieson Street, Sydney Olympic Park.

The premises will be used for:

  • bicycle hire; and
  • sale of goods, including but not limited to, bicycle accessories and related products.

Term of the proposed licences

2 years, commencing on 1 December 2023 and expiring on 30 November 2025.
