Notice of Proposal to Grant a Licence
s32 (12A) of the Sydney Olympic Park Authority Act 2001 (NSW)

Pursuant to section 32(12A) of the Sydney Olympic Park Authority Act 2001 (NSW), Sydney Olympic Park Authority proposes to grant a licence on the land being Located on Part of the Land: 
Area A: Buildings 25 in the Centre as identified on Plan 1, being approximately 54m²; Area B: the open areas at the Centre identified on Plan 1 for the Permitted Use, excluding the restricted areas shown on Plan 1, known as Building 25 within the Newington Armory, Millennium Parklands, Sydney Olympic Park.

Submissions are invited from persons who wish to comment on the proposal. The proposed licence referred to in this notice will not be entered into before all submissions relating to this proposal have been duly considered.

Part of Folio Identifier 3/883215, contained Located on Part of the Land:
Area A: Buildings 25 in the Centre as identified on Plan 1, being approximately 54m²; Area B: the open areas at the Centre identified on Plan 1 for the Permitted Use, excluding the restricted areas shown on Plan 1 known as Building 25 within the Newington Armory, Millennium Parklands, Sydney Olympic Park.

Purposes for which the land will be used under the proposed licences

The premises will be used for:
administration and storage; to conduct tour programs and guided tours of the Centre, using a two-wheeled, self-balancing, battery-powered electric vehicle known as a Segway Personal Transportation Device, and related authorised use set out in the Operational Plan and subject to the Parklands Approval Permit; and 3. Conduct group and business events in accordance with the Business Event Teambuilding Agreement.

Term of the proposed licences

2 years, commencing on 1 July 2024 and expiring on 30 June 2026.
