Gather your crew and head to the P5 carpark area off Hill Rd, where you’ll find Sydney’s best BMX track.
Forming part of Sydney Olympic Park’s developing action and adventure precinct, this world-class recreation and competition track lets riders of all abilities hit jumps and flow through 306 metres of banks and berms.
Built by celebrated track designer and rider Brett Barnes, the track is suitable for all ages (but recommended for BMX riders aged 10 and above), and abilities from beginner to pro. Advanced riders can try out their best tricks, while those just starting out can take it as easy while honing their skills.
Home to the Sydney BMX Club, the track regularly plays host to competitions and Come and Try Days, so there’s plenty of opportunity to jump on your BMX, get involved and find a new sport you’ll love!
If you prefer to shred some dirt on a MTB, point your wheels north and launch off the starting mound onto the Mountain X track, comprising 250 metres of downhill jumps, rolling hills and sharp bends.
Best of all, the use of both tracks is free to the public outside of competition times.
