If your child loves to jump, why not let them dive from the diving boards or tumble on the gymnastics floor? This combined diving and gymnastics program offers an action-packed day. It's the only place in Sydney where children can participate in a program that features both diving and gymnastics. Fully supervised and suitable for kids aged 5-12.
Diving - 2.5 hour session
Basic dives taught from the 1 and 3 metre springboard and platform diving from a qualified diving coach.
Gymnastics - 2.5 hour session
Children will participate in activities such as tumbling, balancing, swinging and jumping in a fun and safe environment in the gymnastics centre.
Note: Diving requirement: your child needs to be confident in deep water 3-5 depth and swimming confidently 25 metres in deep water.
