Swimming Intensive Program: School holidays

Swimming is an essential skill for all children; help your child become safe and confident in the water with one of our fully qualified Austswim instructors. Give your child the confidence to get to the next level in swimming.

Week 1

Private lessons and school age lessons: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
High level Privates (Seal and above swim level): 11:15 am - 11:45 am

Specialist clinics:

Carnival Preparation: 8:00 am - 9:00 am
Backstroke/Freestyle: 9:15 am - 10:15 am
Butterfly/Breaststroke: 10:15 am - 11:15 am

Week 2

Private lessons and school age lessons: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
High level Privates (Seal and above swim level): 11:15 am - 11:45 am

Specialist clinics:

Carnival Preparation: 8:00 am - 9:00 am
Backstroke/Freestyle: 9:15 am - 10:15 am
Butterfly/Breaststroke: 10:15 am - 11:15 am

Programs

Learn to Swim - Preschool and School Age

Cost Week 1: $110
Cost Week 2: $88

These are available between 8 am - 12 pm (half hour classes)
An excellent alternative for those who cannot attend regular weekly lessons during the term.
Attendance is Monday – Friday (receive intensive instructions on all aspects of swimming).
An excellent tool to assist children with the strokes they may be having difficulty with, which may be preventing them from moving up a level.
Children may attend one week or both weeks.
Preschool and School Age levels include: Frogs, Seahorse, Stingray, Sealion and Seal.

Private lesson

Cost: 1 on 1 per child
Week 1: $285 per child
Week 2: $228 per child

Cost: 2 on 1 per child
Week 1: $470 for 2 children
Week 2: $376 for 2 children

These are available between 8 am – 9 am (half hour classes)
Our instructors will assist you in achieving individual goals.
All abilities are catered for, children must be of school age.
One on one private lessons or if requested a group private (for example a group of friends or family members) can be arranged. However if students are of differing swimming ability we recommend that you book one on one private lessons for maximum benefit.

Disability lesson

Cost Week 1: $150 per week
Cost Week 2: $120 per week

These are available at various times between 8 am – 12 pm (half hour classes)
Our instructors will assist the learning of school age children with varying disabilities
Classes on 1:1 to best suit the child

Specialist clinic

Cost Week 1: $115 per week
Cost Week 2: $92 per week

One hour sessions to get children ready for the carnival season
Specialising in block diving, turns, and finishes with stroke correction
Students participating must be able to swim freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly without assistance
